We have installed our commercial food waste processor "Sinkpia GJ-30" at the Hamura Shiraume Nursery of the Tatsu no Ko Association, a social welfare corporation. Previously, it was necessary to remove the processed material, but now, within approximately 24 hours, food waste is liquefied, eliminating the need for removal, unlike composting or drying types. In the processing tank, microorganisms specifically designed for the food waste processor thrive densely on the carrier, and appropriate stirring improves the biodegradation efficiency, allowing for a more compact device.
