We have installed our commercial food waste processor "Sink Pia GJ-50" at Lalaciance Garden Tokyo Bay. This product allows for food waste to be processed "without transporting, burning, or removing it." Previously, it was necessary to remove the processed waste, but now, it liquefies food waste in about 24 hours, eliminating the need for removal, unlike composting or drying methods. As long as the processing capacity is not exceeded, additional food waste can be added. Specialized microorganisms for the food waste processor inhabit the microbial carrier at high density within the processing tank, and by being stirred appropriately, the biodegradation efficiency is improved, allowing for a more compact device.
