[Installation Example] Osaka Palcoop Logistics Center
By setting up indoors, the route for transporting food waste is shortened, and we would like to introduce a case that has received positive feedback.
We have installed our commercial food waste processor "Sink Pia GJ-500" at the Osaka Parcoop Logistics Center. Previously, it was necessary to remove the processed material, but now, within approximately 24 hours, food waste is liquefied, eliminating the need for removal in principle, unlike composting or drying types. As long as the processing capacity is not exceeded, additional food waste can be added. Special microorganisms for the food waste processor densely inhabit the microbial carrier within the processing tank, and appropriate stirring enhances the biodegradation efficiency, enabling the miniaturization of the device.
