TAKAYA IoT platform utilizing cloud environment

Features - The IoT platform utilizes AWS, providing IoT data collection and BI/dashboard functions as a cloud service. - It is possible to obtain information on "which reader," "which IC tag," and "when it was read." - Since it uses autonomous RFID readers, there is no need for control via PC or development of control software. - Data transmission via MQTTS is possible, allowing for easy implementation of RFID as one of the IoT edge devices. - Access to data storage is available using APIs, enabling retrieval of historical data for use in customer systems. - Collected data can be used to display dashboards, achieving "visualization" for analysis and situation confirmation. Connection Destination: Specify the URL/IP address of the connection destination. Message Items: Timestamp, device ID, MAC address, tag ID, IN/OUT information, antenna number, etc. Encrypted Communication: Enabled (certificate file, encryption key), Disabled Supported Tags: HF band (ISO15693, FeliCa, ISO14443 Type A), UHF band EPC Gen2 Buzzer: Enabled, Disabled *When tag is detected

■Features - It databases the [location status] and [movement status] necessary for constant monitoring, allowing for easy integration with user systems. - It supports various Takaya UTR series LAN types (excluding embedded) and various antennas, enabling a wide range of combinations based on customer requirements. - A setting screen for R/W and connected antennas is provided, making it easy to change settings even if the number of RFID devices increases or decreases. - It also allows for changes to the reading cycle interval and the number of readings, enabling efficient adjustments during implementation. A simple dashboard application is included. It supports connections for multiple readers and multiple antennas, displaying inventory status and movement history for each antenna on the dashboard. No development is required, allowing you to start a PoC immediately.

Functions specialized for lending and returning operations are templated. IC tags are attached to managed items, enabling lending, returning, and inventory checks using RFID.

Main Functions Borrowing and Returning Registration Function: Registers the borrowing and returning of items, noting "when," "who," and "what" was borrowed or returned. Inventory Function: Allows inventory to be conducted simply by scanning items with an RFID handheld device. Inquiry Function / CSV Output Function: Provides screens for inventory inquiries and history inquiries. CSV output is also possible. Email Notification Function: Allows setting of return deadlines. Items past the return deadline can trigger email notifications. Search Function: Enables searching for specified tags (managed items) using an RFID handheld device.

The existing system remains unchanged! You can easily implement inventory inspection for inbound and outbound using RFID.

【Tag Reading】 - Bulk Tag Reading Function Displays a list based on the imported schedule list data. Writing EPCs and printing labels is possible. 【Data Integration (API, CSV)】 - Scheduled Data Import Imports scheduled lists for processing categories such as inbound and outbound, on a document basis. - Results Data Output Outputs the results of scanned products by processing category, such as inbound and outbound, on a document basis. - Master Data Import Imports master data linking EPCs to product information, product details, location information, and responsible person information.
