Leakage current measurement function
Introducing the Takaya Flying Probe Tester option. It also supports leakage current measurement.
This is an optional feature for measuring: - Leakage current between any specified nets - Leakage current (leakage current) of semiconductor devices such as MOS-FETs and photo MOS relays - Reverse current of diodes by applying a maximum ±110V DC constant voltage using a flying probe tester. By contacting other probes to the same net as the measurement probe and measuring the resistance value, a check function is provided to prevent misjudgment. Trial/testing inquiries are welcome.
