POWER µPARSET is the benchmark for analog power testing! It eliminates the need for long test times for power products and improves output.
The product is a modular parameter test system for power discrete semiconductor devices with up to 12 leads. Long test times for power products are no longer necessary, and output is improved. In the standard configuration, the maximum supply voltage and current per channel are 400V and 30A, respectively. The modular architecture allows for expansion by adding high-voltage units of 2kV and high-current units of 200A.
