**Background of Next-Generation Mobility Building Construction** In the United States and Europe, exhaust emission regulations and fuel economy regulations have begun, and the electrification of vehicles continues to accelerate. As "electrification" and "connectivity" progress, automobiles have become running computers, and if electromagnetic noise emitted when onboard components operate causes electromagnetic interference between these components, it could lead to serious accidents. Therefore, the importance of EMC testing for onboard components is increasing. In October 2016, the international standard "CISPR 25:2016 Ed.4 Annex I" added evaluation methods for onboard components for EVs and HVs. This necessitated EMC testing under real load conditions simulating driving. Furthermore, similar tests were added to "ISO 11452-2 Ed.3 Clause 8" and "GB/T 36282-2018."
