"DOWSIL（ＴＭ） TC-4535 CV" is a two-component, room temperature curing thermal conductive silicone gap filler with a thermal conductivity of 3.5 W/m.K. Once cured, it becomes a soft and compressible material, designed to dissipate heat from PCB module assemblies mounted on printed circuit boards to heat sinks.
