"DOWSIL(TM)TC-4551 CV" is a thermal conductive gap filler with a thermal conductivity of 5.2 W/m·K. It provides stable volatility and highly reliable performance for applications in automotive power and high-sensitivity electronic vehicles. After curing, it becomes a soft and compressible material.
