The "DOWSIL SE 1896 FR A/B-EG Kit" is a two-component, semi-transparent to transparent, heat-curing silicone gel with a mixing ratio of 1:1. It is a self-adhesive type with excellent fluidity and a long working time, making it suitable for filling narrow spaces and complex shapes. It is compatible with operating temperatures ranging from -40°C to +185°C. Additionally, it protects dies and interconnections from environmental conditions and provides insulation performance.
