We would like to introduce a case where we implemented the "T-LASER," a laser welding machine for mold repair, for customers engaged in mold build-up welding. Among various welding machines, including argon welders, the laser welding machine was a manual type purchased 10 years ago, which had the drawback of being cumbersome for precise alignment in detailed areas. After the introduction, we increasingly addressed recessed shapes and fine spots that could not be reached with the argon welding torch using the laser welding machine. The number of laser welding jobs, which was almost zero, increased to an average of 30 per month within about a year of implementation.
