A product that suppresses water splashing generated during the inspection, printing, labeling, and water drainage/drying of filled PET bottles, cans, bottles, and pouches before packaging.
The standard Sonic SMART Tunnel module is available in sizes 24", 48", 72", and 96" (optional: up to 120" with noise levels below 80dBA). Future product additions and line speed changes can be easily accommodated (support for full-length extensions or soundproofing). Noise levels can be reduced by 7 to 10dBA (optional to achieve below 80dBA). The standard air knife bracket requires minimal adjustments to fit the size of dedicated containers. With the separately sold indexed three-axis air knife bracket, various sizes of containers can be dried, and adjustments are easy. It comes with a sealed water droplet collection tray. Due to the aerodynamic tunnel design, there is less chance of re-wetting the workpiece from secondary splatter. The inspection panel is lightweight and can be easily lifted. No hinges or latches are needed for bending or securing. A complete piping and hose kit for the Sonic blower is included. No processing of the conveyor is required except for cutting the side rails. The enclosure can be easily installed even if it is away from the tunnel, allowing easy access to blowers and filters installed on the floor. No lifting or crane is needed for tunnel installation. The front panel is equipped with an LCD that enables users to vary the particle generation rate from 0% to 100% in 5% increments.
