Simulate the flow characteristics of valves and volumetric pumps! A CFD software specialized in valves and pumps, which other CFD software struggles with!
(1) Automatic generation of calculation meshes! Even for complex flow paths, automatic generation of calculation meshes is possible with simple button operations. Additionally, for pump chambers involving rotation/volume changes, high-precision calculation meshes can be automatically generated using a dedicated mesh creation module. It is possible to automatically execute the movement/rotation/deformation of high-precision meshes without tedious tasks. (2) Fluid analysis of various valves and gear pumps is possible! Simerics MP+ has an automatic mesh creation function for various valves and pumps, making it easy to perform calculations for a wide range of valves and pumps. It is also possible to conduct calculations for flow paths that include valves, and coupled analysis is feasible. (3) More accurate modeling of aeration/cavitation! It includes a high-precision cavitation model, allowing for the prediction of non-condensable gas expansion and vapor generation due to cavitation. (4) Calculation of free surface flow As a new feature, the calculation of free surface flow has become possible. It is now also possible to analyze the oil sloshing inside the gearbox and the oil suction from the oil pan during pump startup.
