[Seminar Report] Web Seminar on Food Nutritional Component Analysis
We held a web seminar on food nutritional component analysis on August 24 (Tuesday). The new Food Labeling Act, which came into effect in April 2015, has fully transitioned as of April 2020 after a five-year grace period. We will continue to hold such seminars regularly, so please look forward to the next one. ◆ Seminar Overview The MilkoScan FT3 is equipped with advanced technologies such as a revamped flow system and automatic standardization features, allowing for a wide range of analyses of various products including raw milk, pasteurized milk, cream, fortified milk, drinkable yogurt, ice cream mix, condensed milk, as well as lactic acid beverages, pudding mix, café au lait, dessert drinks, and chocolate mix. It also demonstrates excellent performance in analyzing plant-based beverages like soy milk and almond milk. In this seminar, we discussed the numerous new features and characteristics of the MilkoScan FT3, as well as cost reductions compared to previous MilkoScan models.
