Today, printed circuit boards are almost entirely free of cleaning, but flux cleaning remains an important process for power modules, flip chips, lead frames, and others. Additionally, some printed circuit boards still require partial cleaning. ZESTRON FA+ is a semi-aqueous cleaning agent that demonstrates excellent cleaning performance for a wide variety of fluxes. Since it does not contain surfactants, rinsing is easy, and it achieves a long cleaning solution life and stable process management. Being halogen-free and biodegradable, it also has a low environmental impact.
