Flux cleaner for vapor cleaning ZESTRON VD
For electronic components, ceramic composite substrates, and lead frame-based discretes. Cleaning and rinsing can be done with a single solution, making process management easy!
ZESTRON VD is a solvent-based cleaning agent. It can remove flux residues from electronic components, ceramic composite substrates, and lead frame-based discretes in a closed-system single-chamber vacuum cleaning machine. 【Features】 ■ Excellent cleaning performance for a wide variety of solvent-based fluxes ■ Distillation regeneration is possible, compatible with single-chamber vacuum distillation and steam rinse processes ■ Immersion cleaning and rinsing can be performed with a single solution ■ Free of surfactants ■ Contains no halogen compounds such as chlorine, fluorine, or bromine *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
basic information
Effectively cleans polar and non-polar contaminants, demonstrating excellent cleaning performance for flux residues. ZESTRON VD allows for cleaning and rinsing with a single solution, making process management very simple. It can be distilled and refined, enabling vapor cleaning when combined with a one-chamber cleaning device. It is possible to design processes with excellent rinsing and drying properties, and it does not hinder subsequent processes like hydrocarbon-based cleaning, making it suitable for cleaning electronic components. Since it does not contain water in the cleaning agent and rinsing is performed by ZESTRON VD itself, it is also suitable for cleaning where water cannot be used. If you are looking for a water-based cleaning agent, we recommend VIGON US or VIGON N 600. *We are fully committed to providing suggestions for processes and conducting cleaning tests, so please feel free to contact Zestron Japan.
