◆Can I get the samples returned? →Basically, all samples will be returned. However, some processed samples may not be returnable. ◆Where should I send the samples? →Please send them to the person in charge. If you are unsure of the contact person, please send them to the sample reception desk. 〒157-0067 1-18-6 Kitami, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo ◆Can someone come to pick up the samples? →We can arrange for the person in charge to come and collect them by adjusting the schedule. If scheduling is not possible, please send them. ◆Is it possible to receive samples on weekends, holidays, or days off? →If the samples arrive at MST on weekends, holidays, or days off, prior arrangements for delivery are necessary, so please inform the person in charge of the tracking number in advance. ◆Can you tell me how to fix the samples? →For typical examples, please refer to the separate page "How to Send Samples."
