[Analysis Case] Evaluation of Degradation of Lithium-Ion Battery Anode Surface

As a result of evaluating the surface of lithium-ion secondary battery anodes, which showed a decrease in capacity, without exposure to the atmosphere, a coating layer containing approximately 100-200 nm of Co was confirmed, and it was found that Co is in a metallic state.
