Fluorometric method
It is a method for observing the light emitted when electrons, excited by the irradiation of light on a substance, return to the ground state.
It is possible to evaluate organic materials such as organic EL and proteins, as well as solutions, substrates, thin films, and powders of luminescent materials. It is possible to evaluate not only the fluorescence spectrum but also at which wavelength the most emission occurs (excitation spectrum). By using low-temperature measurements (77K) and the built-in shutter, it is possible to separately acquire fluorescence and phosphorescence.
