Power cycle test
Power Cycling Test
- It is possible to evaluate the durability against thermal and electrical stress by periodically applying a large current to the power device (On/Off state). - Equipped with a transient thermal resistance measurement mechanism (T3Ster), it measures the thermal resistance values of the entire power device and each component, allowing for quantitative assessment of degradation over cycles. - We also support the prototyping of test devices, so evaluation is possible even with the provision of individual components.
